Google Analytics does not support Google Spreadsheet
As of today, Google's support page says as follows:
Since I'm using Spreadsheet 5 times more than Docs(MS-Word like), I'm longing Analytics will soon cover both as well.
This feature isn't currently available for spreadsheets and presentations. The Google Apps Admin help center includes instructions for using Analytics to analyze Google Apps.
