Issue upon updating eclipse

you might want to doubt if it's really a dependency issue. This bugzilla suggests that you should consider running eclipse with admin privilege, which worked perfect for me since my eclipse is installed in a location where normal user doesn't have write access (e.g. /usr/local/share/).
