Power outage this morning might be man-made calamity (DFW area, Tx)

Oncor Electric Delivery reported that 33,000 customers were without power across Dallas-Fort Worth as snow-heavy branches sag into power lines and snow-blinded drivers hit utility poles.

My area is covered by Oncor, and I experienced 1.5 hour outage this morning.
Road won't get icy by midnight, the same newspaper says.

But because temperatures are hovering above freezing, the roads will be wet and slushy — rather than icy — for the evening commute.
