SMB access to J-drive (or more specifically, quartz server) on UT-Arlington from external network (such as your home)

From outside of UT-Arlington's network using VPN, "smb://quartz/ne/NetID" as stated isn't enough. Instead you should type "smb://quartz.uta.edu/ne/NetID".
