To fast/slow forward/backward on Quicktime 10.x on Mac

No need for the "Option" key if you wish to move from 2X to 4X (etc.).
With the Option key held down, a click on the fast forward/reverse controls increases/decreases in 10% "increments" (1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc.).

Though I found how to do it, I want to say this is worse...The control panel Quicktime 7 had was more intuitive.
